It depends on the vehicle and the distance, so Mike asks the year, make, model and what's wrong, then gives you a price on the phone. That price doesn't change when the truck shows up.
Most of Ewa and Waipahu, 10 to 15 minutes. Kapolei, Pearl City and Aiea, usually under 30. You get a text when the truck is close.
Yes. Mike is Hawaii Army National Guard and tows on base regularly. Schofield, JBPHH, Kapolei area bases are no problem.
Yes. Free pickup and cash paid on the spot. Have the title if you can. If you can't find it, call anyway and Mike will walk you through the DMV transfer form.
No. Low cars, classics and exotics get ramps and wheel straps, and Mike has moved plenty of them. Send a photo by text if you want him to see it first.
Yes. Trailers, small boats, golf carts, UTVs and small equipment all ride on the flatbed, island-wide.
